YOU NEED TO DELIVER INDIAN / CHINESE MEALS AS WELL AS ALCOHOL

I normally don’t like to complain but this time I have to. Waited three hours for delivery after calling multiple times and being told it was on its way. Food wasn’t hot and could tell it had clearly been sitting for a long time. If I had been told from the beginning that it was going to take that long I would have cancelled the order. I am really disappointed as I have never had a bad experience or takeaway from here before but after this one I don’t think I will be returning.

Pre- ordered for a 7.30 delivery. Order was confirmed as arriving at that time. I called at 8.10 to get an update and was told very abruptly that they were on their way. We were a 5-6 minute drive from them but it still it didn’t arrive until almost 9pm. By which time the food was cold. The quality of the food was ok but was cold and we had to reheat. No customer service for offer of a discount or refund for the inconvenience. Sadly will not be using again.

Pre ordered for collection arrived 5 minutes early food was already sitting on top of the pizza oven ready for collection. Chicken was dry, fries were Luke warm but not chips as ordered disappointing as usually very good

Ordered on line driver called us when he arrived as we were in a holiday let in a residential pedestrian area

Will definitely order from here again when we’re next on holiday.

Delicious Meal

Fabulous meal

This was by far the best kebab we’ve ever had (& we eat a lot 🤦🏻‍♀️) so the chicken and doner was of good quality and cooked to perfection, not greasy and nicely presented. Fab flavour and fresh salad. The garlic mayo was phenomenal and we all enjoyed what we had. Ordered in the app with ease and made to order within the anticipated time frame and with friendly staff too, the whole experience was good.

We were here on holiday and ordered from King Kebabs 3 times during our stay, food was delicious, would highly recommend.

Driver could not find address even though detailed directions were given so I had to drive a couple of miles to find him so by the time I got my food it was cold, and disgusting , worst take away I have had never order again

Tool an awfully long time foe delivery. More than 1 hrs late

Food was delivered super quickly and by a friendly driver. Plenty of chicken, and a lovely fresh salad

It was a collection so no ned to rate the restaurant service! Nice food and nice staff!

Wedges excellent again, sadly garlic bread was so crisp nearly broke my teeth.

First time ordering from here and wasn’t disappointed, would recommend and order again. Kebabs are not small at all 😋 plenty on ours and the chicken was nice.
